The 2020 summer season is from June 26th - August 31st, 2020.

Because of the relatively short season and high demand, we have a 6 night minimum stay for the summer.

The rate for the 6 night summer rental is $1800.

The cottage has a Friday - Thursday schedule for the summer weeks.

Week 1: June 26 - July 2 (Open)

Week 2: July 3 - July 9 (Open)

Week 3: July 10 - July 16 (Open)

Week 4: July 17 - July 23 (Open)

Week 5: July 24 - July 30 (Open)

Week 6: July 31 - August 6 (Open)

Week 7: August 7 - August 13 (Open)

Week 8: August 14 - August 20 (Open)

Week 9: August 21 - August 27 (Open)

Labor Day Weekend: August 29 - August 31 (Open)

The 2020 off-season will be any days that fall outside of the summer season window (June 26 - August 31, 2020).

Because of the distance between the cottage and the house, we have a 3 night minimum stay for the off-season.

The off-season rental rate is $250/night.
